This year, HEART is turning 15 (Alhamdulillah!) and we’re inviting you to join us in-person to celebrate and raise critical funds for the next 15 years and beyond. We’ll have delicious food, a mini documentary screening about HEART’s journey over the last 15 years, HEART swag and merch, mocktails, activities for kids, and plenty of time to mingle and connect with the Chicago HEART community.
